| 2- Course aims :- |
| - To teach the main items of statistical distribution in Egypt and world of both cereal and legume crops i.e.Wheat,Maize,Rice,Barly,Lentile,Fababean,Cheakpea,lupine and fenugreek.
- To learn the stages of soil preparing before sowing and differences from crop to others in old or in newly reclaimed soils.
- To understand the methods of crop prodcution processes such as Times of Sowing, Growth stages , Fertilization , Irrigation , Weed control and Harvesting date.
- To give some knowledges about using biological fertilizers with legume crops by differnt Rhizobium strains.
- To compare among new cultivars of these crops that used in commerical production such as hybrids of maize and rice.
- To study the growth stages as well as plant morphology i.e. roots , stems , leaves , inflorcences , flowering , pollination and fertilization etc..and germnation stages.
- To know some practical methods in the field and how to be done.
