	General program aims     1- أ‌-إعداد معلم قادر على متابعة التطورات العلمية، والخبرات الأجنبية، ومسايرة المستحدثات فيما يتصل بالتخصصات العلمية والتكوين المهني، مراعيا الخصوصية الثقافية. 2- ب‌-تكوين طالب/معلم قادر على التعامل الفعال مع التلاميذ وإبراز إمكاناتهم وفعالياتهم في عملية التعلم. 3- ج-اكتساب الطالب المعلم أساسيات البحث العلمي في ميدان التخصص ومجال التعليم . 4- د-تعريف الطالب المعلم بقضايا مجتمعة وبيئته وقضايا العالم حوله، من خلال تقديم هذه القضايا له، و حثه على التفكير فيها وتحليلها و تفسيرها، وتمكينه من لغته و اللغة الأجنبية، التي تمكنه من الاطلاع على تراثه و حضارته والحضارات الأخرى .
