| - Tech students the fundamentas of Information Theory, and data compression .
- Teach the students the communication model and discuss the different related terms and components as data compression, encription, channel capacity, channel rate,and error correcting codes.
- Teach the students some of the data compression techniques.
- Broadcast channel. Multiple access channel capacity. Optimal investment and information theory.
