| 2- Course aims :- |
| - Study basement rock of Egypt, their distribution, tectonic setting and ecnomic importance.
- Acquire the students skills of the formation of ore deposits, calssification of ores, and mineral deposits of Egypt.
- Introduce the principles of radiometric prospecting methods, field surveys, processing, interpretation and applications.
