| - Introduce the principles of earth geochemistry, isotopes, meteorites and geochemical cycle.
- Outline the basic information of learning subsurface geology including different structures and reservoirs.
- Enable the student to understand the origin, source rocks, migration and trapping of oil and gas.
- Develop the interpretation and evaluation skills of different subsurface geological data about Petroleum.
