2- Course aims :-
  1. Explain the principles of nutrition and food stuffs.
  2. Recognize and understand the digestion processes of different types of food and its absorption.
  3. Acquire an appreciation of th functional mechanisms of cellular structure and functions, in addion to recognize the structure of all the types of microscopes.
  4. Study the structure of types of microscopes.
  5. Acquire the students skills of preparation of permanant slides & specimens for transmission and scanning electron microscopes.
