| - Explain the principles of nutrition and food stuffs.
- Recognize and understand the digestion processes of different types of food and its absorption.
- Acquire an appreciation of th functional mechanisms of cellular structure and functions, in addion to recognize the structure of all the types of microscopes.
- Study the structure of types of microscopes.
- Acquire the students skills of preparation of permanant slides & specimens for transmission and scanning electron microscopes.
