| - Understanding and forming knowledge about the internal structure of different plant organs, tissues and cells.different plant tissues and organs such as types of xylem and their uses in furnature and industry. c-Undertaking experience and gaining skills of identification of different plants through microscopic examination of transverse and longitudinal sections of plants. d- Studying and Identification of types of plant fibers (baste & wood fibers) and their uses in textile industry.
- Acquire an understanding of basic principals of plant physiology.
- Explain the metabolic pathways in the plant; photosynthesis, respiration.
