2- Course aims :-
  1. a-utilize scientific facts and theories to analyze and interpret practical data
  2. b-Understand and acquire knowledge about enzymes and their characteristics as biocatalysis and basis on which enzymes are classified into major groups and subgroups. Undertaking experience and gaining skills of identification of enzymes from different sources and isolation, purification, characterization, immobilization, mechanisms, induction and inhibition and types of inhibition.
  3. c- Evaluate the modern theories and bio-techniques supporting plant processes.
  4. Recognize the lifes basic processes in relation to plants and their ecosystems
