| - Understanding and forming knowledge about general characters and economic Importance of Bacteria
- The student be aware of different techniques used to classify and identify bacteria and actinomycetes
- Gaining experience and skills of isolation, identification of bacteria from different sources and their nutritional requirement and their application and control.
- The student know the bacterial and actinomycetes and Rickettsias groups and benefits and harms of bacteria and actinomycetes and Rickettsias.
