2- Course aims :- |
| - Introduce the basic information of natural products about different classes, nomenclature, biosynthesis, physiological and medicinal importance.
- Study the general methods used for structure elucidation of natural products and giving him some representative examples.
- Acquiring the student the basic information of petroleum and petrochemicals.
- Acquiring the student the skills of synthesizing of natural products and petrochemicals and teaching him some examples.
