| - Introduce the basic concepts of molecular spectroscopy and statistical thermodynamics.
- Enable the students to recognize the different types of spectra.
- Study the chemical analysis by microwave, infrared and electronic spectroscopy.
- Introduce the results of statistical calculations.
- Acquire the students some advanced electrochemistry concepts like Zeta potential, capillary phenomena, corrosion and passivity.
