2- Course aims :-
  1. 1. Acquiring the student the basic information of natural products about different classes, nomenclature, biosynthesis, physiological and medicinal importance as well as the general methods used for structure elucidation of natural products.
  2. 2. Acquiring the student the chemistry of dyes.
  3. 3. Acquiring the student the basic information of petroleum and petrochemicals.
  4. 4. Acquiring the student the skills of synthesizing of natural products and petrochemicals and teaching him some examples.
